So I was bored in the game and found out you can put markers in un made areas. Using this knowledge I put a marker at the farest area to west Snow ish area and Traveled to the area furthest to the east and stood thier which I saw on the map seemed to be the iron port Dock the total distance away the marker I put in the far west from where I was standing was 11617 meters away which made me disapointed as It seemed like a small Amount So I did another test which was place a marker at bell village then summer hold and saw the distance between them was around 1500 meters and see without any delays how fast I could travel from bell village to summer hold which discounting the time it took to click start then stop at the end was 2 minutes and 44 seconds no nimble
So if you take that number put it as the average and instead of traveling 1500 meters the distance from bell village to summer hold you were standing on the iron port dock and wanted to go to the farthest you could go it would take roughly 15-23 minutes of non stop running with the current stamina of 198 which is kinda disappointing to me but Moving on
Width of Magius using the same method as the first and placing markers at the lowest area of magius to the tallest which happens to be a total distance of roughly 7667 and using my time of bell village to summer hold as a rough time ruler it would take 13.9 minutes of running no nimble and max stamina as of now without stopping to pick anything up to go to the top of magius starting from the bottom
So what do you guys think of the size of magius personally I think it should be expanding because horses will be added making the time that it takes to go across magius even smaller but I still love the game
Edit: Also I wasn’t acounnting for the variables of rough terrain and temperture and that iron port dock is slightly below the farthest area so It could indeed be a bigger diffrence but I tried my best in my no sleep state
