What are the normal reqs for ults then? 200?
rising tide is 30 base wep requirement
they could get these at level 155 with warrior and a 30 wep skill on slot 5 on a level 50 weapon (that can have 5 skills)
sunken sword is a level 50 weapon
so that would have a requirement of 100 (level 50 wep) + 200 (ult art) + 30 (wep skill req)
total requirement of 330
could also do the same thing with whirlwind on kai’s katana
lmfao same, i thought the fifth slot was only for premade ULT arts, till i saw a ss of someone having whirlwind as UlT art
nah, its just whatever is the 5th skill becomes the ultimate.
theoretically if Vetex decided that Exotic and Legendary tier weapons have more than 5 skills, whatever the last skill would be on them will be their ultimate (6th, 7th, 8th etc)

Tested by a friend, +210 for ults (seems the +10 for 3rd and 4th slots carries over to 5th)
Could do with more testing but this works
