I decided to replay this game, and after beating Argos easily I got soft locked in the fort talos escape scene. The first time loading in I die instantly losing money, and after that since this game runs like a dog without legs I can’t load in in time and I get captured by the bronze legion because I can only run around aimlessly
Is there anything I can do about this, and also why does this game run like a dog without legs, I’ve done every optimization I could

pay close attention to the walls, the escape hole is very small and it’s on a brick wall.
As for the performance, fort talos fps is on average pretty bad due to the amount of npcs. It can be made worse if the server is old, if someone’s farming mastery, or if people are doing server-heavy tasks such as dark sea.
or, as an alternative:
destroy the outer walls by trial and error
If you haven’t toggled the texture quality texture yet, change it to low. It only affects Fort Talos’s walls and Enizor Tower’s inner walls, but it’s a drastic change in performance.
