Hi, I’m that nerd mentioned in the title. I wanted to draw for 420 days straight because of funny number. I’m only posting art pieces from day 35+ cause the rest was practicing sketch work, tracing different art styles, or memeing around. As of time of writing I’m about 46 days in (working on 47th.) Anyways enjoy me either being a massive prick to myself as i point out every flaw and mistake I see in myself along the way or me memeing around as I try to sum up my thoughts for the day.
Goal: 1 art piece a day, whether it be doodle, sketch, trace (won’t post those cause those are to figure out art styles and proportions) or colored drawing until July 2, 2022.
So far: I haven’t died yet. Physical pain is starting to set in.
Day 35: Arm/Magic Arm practicing.
Supposed to be paper. Friends said it looked like earth. Decided to do some redesigning after.
Day 47: physical pain
I really don’t like how this one turned out, the line art feels way off, especially for the face. I feel like I should actually watch a tutorial on how to draw male faces/bodies instead of trying to figure stuff out myself. This one I tried to do a female body and make it have less curvy lines but I ended up with an asian minecraft steve with a triangle chin. The design looks half decent but the way I drew it kinda makes it feel unnatural, feels like I did something wrong but I don’t know exactly what. Time to give up and never drew males again until my self confidence is back which will probably be tomorrow given i have the memory of a gold fish.

Day 49: Small Comic
small comic cause its 5 am and I spent the entire day playing minecraft over practicing drawing.
This ever happen to anyone else? I swear I get three or four times as much bounty by opening personal storage over thanos snapping someone in broad daylight
Day 53: Some paper designs that im not sure of
Not sure if I like the current or @Zel 's suggestion more, tough choice. It’ll probably flop back and forth depending on my mood. The wrappings are easily to draw in low detail but the current one feels more flexable/free. Main color is black cause I used the charred paper variation.
Ah well, I got lazy today so I just redesigned some arms. It’s 6 am. i have not slept for 32 hours. my sleep schedule has been shot and is bleeding out. This is pain.
