For unknown reason it didn’t work and I even cared to ask Google how the heck to so it and still didn’t work.
So I use phone for forum

I have the same issue, but if you launch roblox from the site, you can press esc and go to the menu, then press record and then you can take a screenshot.
For some reason it doesn’t work on the desktop app but only on the roblox player

you can use snipping tool as well
every windows PC should have it no install necessary
