Finally, I can show people my insane ResistanceLord build. It’s possible to squeeze out one more point of Resistance if you use the Lost Diplomat Pauldrons instead of Abyssal Titanium, but you lose a ton of Defense, and you kind of need that for the build to be as funny as possible.
Ain’t no way this stat scaling is staying in-game (assuming it’s 100% accurate), because a Resistance Ice Mage with this build could hypothetically negate all damage just by having an attack ready. What would Resistance past 100% even do? Would it give you health for getting hit while an attack’s ready? If this gets changed, FAIR. If it doesn’t, we may have the funniest meta in the world on our hands.
I swear to god if I cant kill mages the normal way ill just throw them into the sea infinitely with funny knockback from crash. I have enough potions. Although the fact that this can THEORETICALLY exists still scares me to some level. Good bump ig.
If you can’t kill anyone the normal way, then embrace the art of brewing Bleeding Burst potions and throwing them in the ocean to spawn sharks. Who knows, you might jumpscare them with a White Eyes.
There was a Defense nerf like 8-12 months ago where the amount Defense you get per Efficiency Point was lowered from 3.33 to 3
The original gear builder lowered the Defense numbers on everything to match, but never adjusted the EP values, so it was essentially holding all defense items to a pre-nerf standard and the more you invested into defense the lower the EP of your build displayed
