As the title (and tag) state, I have a question about lighting. Which I feel the need to ask, before deciding if I should put it into a suggestion.
Basically, I want to know if it’s possible to… overlay what you would see if something had no lighting (as in, any shadows and darkness removed) with what you normally see (shadows and dark areas included). Specifically, if it’s possible, and if it can be done to specific degrees.
Because if it is possibly, then I would want to suggest Clearsight using such overlays. (Or just switching to “shadows and darkness do not exist as anything other than the magic”, in the case of Clearsight V)
If anyone knows anything about this, please, do tell me if this makes sense and/or is possible.
i doubt itd look nice tbh
I don’t care about it looking “nice”. It’s mostly an attempt at making Clearsight actually worth something.
Have you not USED clearsight?
This is reasonably easy to get for the benefits.
It may surprise you, but I don’t care all that much about visibility if it isn’t essentially “you cannot see. At all.”. (Last I checked Clearsight barely did anything in the locations I actually want to use it in)
