How would you fight a wind mage? They’d be better at landing attacks than every other magic except equinox, and even if you do somehow get close to them, their ability makes them faster than you, so they could get further away
im gonna change wind’s stats to reduce or remove that intended gimmick
wind’s gimmick could be a mainly dodge/agility play style with high aoe but low damage
the reason i made wind have shit damage is because if you’re somehow fighting in the sky while flying, wind magic is gonna be screwed since it relies on hitting enemies against other solid objects (although the wind magic users are probably using 600+ mph wind or compressed air bursts)
possible intended element gimmick/playstyle list
water: ??? (possibly a stun playstyle with somewhat slow hits)
fire: can be defensive or offensive, but mainly rely on DoT, possibly agility/dodging playstyle
earth: ???
wind: agility dodge playstyle, high aoe, low damage, possibly stall/slow down fights
lightning: careful, accurate, sniper playstyle
equinox: ???
flora: partially reliant on DoT + poison attacks, a little slow, (possibly win through diverse arsenal/savant?)
fauna: lifesteal/healing, (possibly win through diverse arsenal/savant?)
i wouldnt do slowness for better inventory (unless you use the bonus inventory spaces) because inventory doesnt affect pvp (aside from preparation which sucks) while slowness does
