I am now finding myself unable to interact with people who have quests ready, I have gone to each town, even the silent tower and nothing seems to work. My rep is 700, my level is 34. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how I can fix this?
Ive got the same problem often, nothing you can do about it as far as I know. sometimes leading an enemy npc to combat the npc you want to talk to, then let them exit out of fighting works

No, you’ll be better off going to another NPC with a quest. Or if the majority of the server is like that then you should rejoin onto a different one.
I have done both of those things, it won’t fix it.
That’s super weird. It’s never happened to me.
When I get something like that, I try to spam click on every part of the NPC and sometimes that works. Or I bring the camera closer and then spam click.
I think it may be lag, but if its a bug Im sure it will be fixed.
