I’ve actually had this happen to me too. If I had to bet, I’d say it’s likely a “spawn room” where the player spawns before they’re supposed to be teleported to an island.

Happened to me when I was pvping with friends lol. I think thats just where your character is initially stored before being teleported to your correct spawn location, its just that it failed for you that time.

Yeah that’s what I think too. There were a couple of times were I saw a blank avatar spawn into it and then disappear, which were probably people joining the game.
