Throughout my life, I’ve cooked a variety of things. When I say cooked, I mean mostly put frozen food inside of an oven since that’s the maximum of what I’m allowed to do. Luckily though, today was different. My parents decided to leave the house and without any dinner the question arose of what we were supposed to eat. My mother responded with the classic “Eat whatever you want that is in the house” in which I had an idea. A long, grinch-like mouth arose on my face as my brother looked at me weirdly. I immediately started to enact.
A looked up some recipes online and I found one that was pretty interesting. The only problem though was that instead of chicken we only had salmon so that became the substitute for the dish. I first started to cook some rice on the stove since I have no rice cooker and I also started to defrost the salmon. Eggs were pretty easy so I started that off first and set it to the side.
Next, I cut up some veggies, mixed them around, and then started with the ingredients for the salmon. I should probably think of a more organized system but it kinda worked out in the end. The rice took a long while so I started cooking the salmon and then added on the veggies and mixed them together.
Bada bing bada boo I soon ended up with my monstrous creation. The picture may look dull but I assure you that it’s duller in actuality. Oh, and here were the ingredients:
- Rice
- Red Onion
- White Onion
- Green Beans
- Garlic
- Egg
- Salmon
- Various sauces
- Love

For my cooking today, I would rate it a 7/10 since I think the rice could of cooked longer and I didn’t really get the amount of flavor that I was expecting. In total it took me around 1 hour and 10 minutes. Maybe the next time I make an actual dish, it may look better than this cause this is pretty ugly
