Honestly what I thought at one point, and your argument was exactly the same reason I thought it should be done that way. Features are fine and all, but testing requires time. Time that the testers just don’t have if you do them last minute. Which results in those same balance changes piling up into the next update, with maybe even more changes being requested.
Off the top of my head, I can’t think of one thing that needs to be balanced, aside from complete revamps.
I just want more features to play with.

Size as a stat shouldn’t exist and I stand by that
That’s why I don’t like the idea of a starter file gamepass when we should have better and faster ways to progress
Perhaps adding a stat that increases the size of hitboxes wasn’t the best idea

Another edit: just to let yall know tho, Hecate Essence can also spawn on siren nest too since someone managed to found it on siren nest at insanity 3 range
I am also very concerned about this but it seems people don’t really care
For me, hecate is basicly stuff connected to lost magic, but added now cause of complains of magic reset.
My only problem, is that its even balanced even as lost-magic mechanic.
So you know how rare spells got req increase from 160 to 240 because they were planned to be higher level but available for lower cause of “early access”?
Yeah, vet should have done the same with Hecate.
Its a lvl 300 feature, that is locked behind lvl 300 area, when we are barely half way to lvl 300
Making it rare, but making it so it spawns in say, I2 - I3 could have fixed it. Or just make a distance base spawn. The further you into DS the higher the chance.

Eeeh, im suuure that vetex can re-purpose it when we will have Elysium for raid bosses.
Like, say…
When the raidboss is available, godly nectar will insta-teleport you there. Or just ask you a prompt “Where do you watn to go: Private Elysium or Boss Elysium.”
