Why are there all these guilds that set their reputation requirements as neutral? That isn’t planned, only dark and light guilds are planned.

Where did he announce this? I’ve been seeing a lot of things going around on the forum recently (namely this) and the best answer I’ve gotten to this question is along the lines of “I don’t know” or “I heard about it from someone”
