People make mistakes, and sometimes the game does too. I think in adding this feature they simultaneously fix the bug where sometimes after you leave within a few seconds after the combat log ends, you still get combat logged.
Stop players from using the in-game "Return to Title Screen" and "Change Servers" buttons when in combat
