Yes, but the difference betwen those last four and Storm, is they are completely unique.
Theres no other skill that works like them, Storm of Arrows is just Rain of Arrows but with a slight tweak to the name and 2 more hits.
By the game’s definition, storm of arrows is considered a “unique skill” since it’s not found on any other weapon in the game. While it does share similarities with rain of arrows, it’s recognized as a separate replacement move.
I don’t think the argument of “since storm of arrows is unique from rain of arrows despite them being similar than every single skill is unique” is applicable, since every other weapon skill other than a few boss weapons and vindicator’s unique skills will be found on almost every other weapon of that type in the game, thus making them regular skill
