Vastira is arguably the only item in the game where no matter what enchantment you get it doesnât deminish the value.

Swift lowers the cost of the high stamina consumption it has
And hard makes it a pretty good shield that can inflict damage.

swift is awful on vastiras. Lower stamina cost on vasts is useless, youll either regain or lose all of your stamina during mighty crash so a stamina reduction doesnt matter when using mighty crash. Stamina consumption for slashes doesnt matter either since slashes arent pvp viable. Because of those reasons swift does indeed devalue a vast
