You now can’t automatically be promoted. You must write out a formal essay on why you should be this position to be promoted. You essay will be compared to others and will be checked for grammar and Ai
if you sail far enough into the dark sea. (like 10 million or so meters idk) you should be able to randomly teleport to AA
