Quick question, I’m wondering the value’s of sunken items for trading.
I’m not a trader but I think its something like
Sunken sword >> Sunken armour > Sunken boots >>> Sunken helmet
and in general sunkens are nowhere near as rare as headless heads, but much more rare than boss drops

To sum it up, sunkens are like a ticket to get you any item in the game so long as you’re ok with overpaying, of course other than headlesses.
