Sunken Items, how will you know if you got

When you get an item from fishing its in a bag, but when you fish a sunken, is it still in a bag

Yeah, sunken items are still just the bag, youll know when you reel it in and it tells you what item you got

boy oh boy can’t wait to sit for 10+ hours getting an entire sunken set before I start the first quest of the game :hugs: (I need to be comically overpowered for everything)

Need to be level 50+ for sunken to be part of your item pool :pensive:

me with 100 hours of gameplay and only 631 wish caught

Lmao same I only have a few hundred fish caught but a decent amount of sunkens cause I only reel it in if it’s item bag

is there a way to tell the difference between an item bag and a fish? (sorry if this is like an obvious thing I haven’t touched the game in years)

yes, there will be no wih there wil be a bag

Item bags will always slightly peak over the surface of the water

If it’s a fish you either won’t see anything (small fish) or you’ll see the top half of the fish’s body

(I’ve also heard that anything takes over four “bites” to hook isn’t an item, but I have no idea if this applies to sunkens)

It took me like 50k fish bait to get all of mine (not even including my alt that has like 2k fish and no sunkens)

as a loomian legacy player I like those numbers (I have wasted weeks of my life making a 6x40 full TP trained pharoglyph)

Using a rod that fishes fast might make getting to the pity not take too long (and if you get a duplicate you can probably trade it unless it’s a sword)

Or use an efficient rod and take longer to get to the pity but increase your chances of catching sunkens before reaching the pity

thing is that this will take longer and very dependant on your rod if you arnt going for pity, because fishing takes longer then running and pressing down enter

I think I’m gonna just rely on pity to get my sunkens.

btw is macro fishing bannable?
