Hi there! I got a new sunken staff by paying 50k galleons and an acrimony. I tested it on my friend and the damage is SO LOW. It only does 79 damage in fury of the sea and knocking blitz damage is decent, but the m1 is lower than the triasta which has 1x damage. (Same as sunken staff.) Even the greenwish cultist staff does about 2x that… with ardent! Is this normal? (I have 90 power stat)

Fury of the sea is tick based damage, like pulsar. Enemies will typically be hit by it 2-3 times at the very least, and with how easy it is to aim its a great move

Why are you using ardent, dense is the optimal enchant
If i put dense does it hit maybe 1 more time because of the bigger hitbox?
Dense decrease speed and increases size, whoch is great for sunken staff because it makes the alrready big size bigger, and the decreased speed means more time for damage ticks
Does the staff have a minimum level written on it or is it blank where the level would be shown? Some weapons which survived the Great Wipe lost their level and deal pathetic damage because of it

why do you use weapon normal attack with melee??
use a siren bow or smth for normal attack
79 damage a tick is a lot especially with the ardent enchant
