people were saying javelin could be locking blast, but what if it’s actually surge? the name does fit with the description i think
I will bet 25% of my Mage’s current enchantment scrolls that Javelins will be like Beams and Surges will be like Explosions.

Im guessing it’s a placed explosion which hits multiple times and explodes a few seconds after placing
guessing it was like beast instinct back before release, where it deal far far more damage than it should have due to scaling wrongly with power
I think of surge as a barrage of homing magic blasts now.
