swordburst 2 kind of fell off HARD when it basically just became stat bloat grind out the 0.025% chance legendary weapon from boss that spawns every 30 minutes only for the sword to be completely outclassed by the rare weapon from the next floor
Man I remember when Swordburst was relevant I would play this game with my brother and dumb me did some dumb choices
They made a 3? God damn. Wonder if it’ll be interesting or not, liked Swordburst 2 but at the end of the day was ultimately just grinding with m1s.
To be fair Swordburst is literally only grinding. Sure there was fun exploration and dungeons but that doesn’t change the fact combat was mostly that. Still fun to play though, amazing how it didn’t feel that boring now I remember.
both SB1 and SB2 were incredibly slow and boring so I have very little hope about SB3.
I do hope I’m proven wrong and that the game isn’t an awful grindfest with little to nothing else.
