i was gunna choose it then i saw the final evolution and decided against it
you should probably consider something like cetitan if you want a bulky ice type, because although it appears slow it has an ability which doubles it’s speed making it incredibly fast, bulky, and hard hitting.
not to mention you have alolan ninetales (which has snow warning which summons hail or gen 9+ snowstorm) which is a perfect combo partner
