Tarnished Cloak lost its stats

What were you doing before bug occurred: Jewelcrafting, put a couple of jewels into the object in question, as well as some others.

Steps to reproduce: Don’t know

Before you ask, this isn’t a visual bug, they’re actually gone and not affecting my stats.

upgrade it at a blacksmith, should cost 0 galleons

This existed in the dark sea update, I guess it’s back now?
