Alright so today is another beautiful drama day. hop on to find a ticket made in my clan server. I check the ticket, no player there. At this point I’m already pretty confused, like why leave a ticket when you make one?? He left after waiting in the ticket for 2 minutes 
Proceeds to tell me “Two minutes is alot yk” (image 1). I ask him in dms, why did you leave the ticket? Answers me with “Theres so much information”. Now this is where it gets fucking hilarious, because my system LITERALLY includes you to see the RULES channel and the channel on “how to verify” Which LITERALLY only has the button to open a ticket. I dont get how this mf actually thinks thats hard. Average AO player with -5 IQ 
I still proceed to be nice to him and ask if he wants me to help him settle the ticket. Tells me that hes only there to get good stuff (in his words). I tell him we aren’t some free sellers. Bro tells me that he wants help with good stuff and says I need to learn how to read .
How much drama do I have to get
I don’t think that’s drama. He sounds young, just looking for items more “OP” players have. I feel bad for him. Sure, it was petty to leave after two minutes, and sure, he got it wrong - that’s not what most clans are for. But he’s probably young and doesn’t understand it all.

I get that, I was genuinely trying to help him, and he insulted me then, and told me “its okay” like hes my shrink I also told him that we cant give him stuff but we can help him but he just yapped about some unrelated shi
besides I was gonna help him but I dont get whats “confusing” about a channel to only make a ticket and going to the ticket
I guess tickets can be confusing for some people, specially younger ones. In my server I have the option to either open a ticket or dm me personally if the latter is nor available.
I get that, however, he didnt dm me for help either. I mean all there is is a ‘how to join’ and it just shows open a ticket and you get redirected to the channel

I mean I was gonna help him but like if you dont ask for help I can’t just help if I don’t know, besides if someone is gonna close a ticket after 2 minutes ( I literally saw the ticket 3 minutes after he made it and he left) then I wont be able to help. Like if its confusing say that and I could help

No I’m not saying that he should’ve been listened to, just what they intentions were. You were 100% justified on this bro
yeah I wish I could help him but saying 2 mins is long is wild because if I dont reply to a ticket I’m 100% asleep or insanely busy. I reply to my tickets in maximum 1 hour if im again not really busy or sleeping (like us members joining at 3 am for me)
