It’s not even that choppy, only just a little bit.
The style is incredible. Looking at it now, it’s actually not too dissimilar to my own. I should take notes.
The cracks in the rock are impressive attention to detail

Actually, this one was just three. The first hour was spent making this, just to figure out how animating in Adobe Fresco works.

Side note since you said your style was similar to mine: if you also use Fresco, I can tell you all the brushes I use for it! There are 15 gigabytes of free brushes within the app (makes sense when Adobe itself is approximately one william dollars), so it takes a while to sort through them all.

I use FireAlpaca actually, and I’m hopefully going to switch to Krita very soon. It would be cool to hear the brushes you used anyway though, maybe I could find similar ones?
I still have no idea how to use layers with Krita
I used Krita briefly a long time ago but switched back to FireAlpaca because it was more familiar to me, so I’m on you with that one, lol. I wanna try making the switch again, hopefully I can handle it this time.
