not my kinda thing to keep enabling them with the energy drain they get + management in general. they add a good amount of variety tho and are pretty cool

How good is the lore/storyline from a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being it’s bad but I still play the game for vetexs sake or 10 this is the best storyline ever I would grovel at vetexs feet

every magic can use any mode (however some types work better with certain magics)

So my guess is:
A player can use a mode spell, they can have up to 8 since that is the spell limit, though 5 would work.
The Mode spell can have 5 types, which are probably similar to what clashmaster said:

These will give the player said types, including a sort of aura.

Then there are ‘Which works best’
For Speed, obviously Light and Lightning.
Destruction would be Explosion
Strength are Metal and Wood
Bursting, not so sure, probably explosion again
Resistance would be Metal again, this would probably depend on clash rates
