By the way, I tried mixing Wheat and Samerian Ice to see if I could make a smoothie that gives recovery. If you mix Wheat and Samerian Ice by themselves, it makes a disgusting smoothie, but if you add any other ingredients then it will act as if the Wheat was never in the recipe at all. Regular smoothie with no recovery and no indication in the name or description that it has wheat in it.
