the consistent theme with my story is choices
How he is defeated is undecided but i know that he would empathise with another unfortunate cursed soul
He chooses to wipe the sirens because of the Harm they’ve caused, he does end up harming others in his pursuit for vengeance but its always their choices that draw their path

Majority of my villains are characters that cant be killed with brute strength
in this case this guy is literally undead and souless so he cannot be killed physically, you can infact beat him in a fight just wouldn’t be a kill, so morock being that lazarus curse suer (i think) would 100% win
at best id count this guy as nightmarish or mid unholy beast tier
