Your honor, parried.
Don’t disrespect the judge.
Ok then slam you gavel real hard and scream order in the court
You’re missing something.
What?
Actually I’m not liberal because I don’t support human rights. But back to the important stuff!
There is “dark” in his name first of all. Second of all, 56556 means you rac*st.
I reviewed this claim, and there is some merit here.
I present to the court, conclusive evidence that 56556 refers to a Zip Code in Minnesota, a state that comprises an abundance of racial hate crimes!
Ahah told ya so
Now, this can be construed as a mistake or oblivious… on it’s own, this means little. However, given @Darkshadow56556’s seemingly habitual making fun of people he thinks are stupid as ‘monkeys’, a hate-crime related term against black people, I call into question the irrelevance of this number.
This is bolstered by how he seems to agree certain groups of people are meant to be at war, shown by his Keraxe apologism, pointing towards a low regard for the lives of Samerians — who are Middle Eastern, I might add — and essentialist branding of Tiberians as ‘monkeys’, while agreeing they should be exterminated because of their poverty. This shows he dosen’t care to protect or help the oppressed, but actively hates them for being weaker. This is, put simply, the logic of the racist.
The final piece of evidence I bring to the court, in my view, shatters the absctractness of this position. A clearcut bias against black people — shown by this comment, justifying the lack of black people shown in Arcane Odyssey.
He compares this to a lack of gay people — however, he made one fatal flaw.
There are like 2 canonically straight people. Romance just isn’t covered. Race is. (quite unavoidably.)
He names the TWO other black people, remembering all THREE black tokens perfectly.
Despite it being more logical to have more black people in the game, given the elsewise impossibility of their existence, Vetex does not add them, even though they comprise a legitimate portion of the population. And Darkshadow is fine with this. It dosen’t mean he’s racist, and in fact, he’s not racist because of x and y black people! This implies one damning thing:
Darkshadow thinks that not including many black people is apolitical; does not signify any beliefs at all. He however, thinks the inclusion of black people signifies the belief of anti-racism; a political belief.
In short, Darkshadow believes the inclusion of black people specifically is ‘political’.
Meaning he thinks differently of black people than white people in a way other than the color of their skin. Ergo, racism.

However, he literally just said he’d say the N word. That’s probably all I need.
Unfortunately, my client is a British Citizen.
As crazy as it sounds, you can use the insult ‘monkey’ without having to refer towards black people. In my client’s case, the usage of the vocabulary can be derived from him being a fan of the Dragon Ball series, as explicitly stated in the following screenshot.
On the contrary to your accusation, it almost seems as if you want to paste the insult onto black people yourself.
A legitimate portion of our population, this is regarding a fictional universe.
The prejudice in Arcane Odyssey, whilst yes, our kingdoms are very clearly divided by race somewhat, seem to be driven much more by nationality and your alignment to a country rather than the colour of your skin.
Your evidence doesn’t show such a point whatsoever, and you’ve drawn a conclusion out of thin air, what my client intended to be understood by an audience, is that a lack of black people gives forth any of the following;
- Vetex has the potential to add more Black Characters in the future
- Vetex may have an african-inspired kingdom or island planned in the future
In short, my client wanted to explore that, in a game in it’s early stages shouldn’t be judged for a lack of diversity so early on, and that there is no problem whatsoever with Vetex’s design choices regarding skin colour.
Your honour my client is black.
I dunno the monkey thing is still suspect. But I was really fucking stretching it with that other point tbf
Now I am going to move onto the next point
Your client’s lawyer says someone is black and then, fascinatingly, shows a gif of someone playing basketball?? Because the lawyer thinks of black people and immediately thinks ‘basketball’? Because of racism? He likes racist lawyers???
Also being british has nothing to do with the zip code’s dark meaning…
Your honour my black client selected a black lawyer to best represent his perspective.
Infamiliarity with the term “ZIP Code” might be a massive indicator to why it’s unrelated, we use postcodes here.
Your honor, black people can hate themselves
Your honour, utilising a slur you can reclaim and pushing for a developer’s lack of inclusivity to have a much deeper meaning would not qualify for black on black hatrid in any way shape or form.
Can he not do research to find out the racist zip code? Because he’s black? You’re racist? And he chose you because of your racism?
Your honor, that’s not the point I was making, I think those things are fine I was talking about the other stuff
