The Deepwoken and Roblox's Playerbase

Useless and not valuable are not the same thing plus just because something is harder to obtain wouldn’t make it worth more. Also the testers aren’t able to get a ton of player bounties which would make getting galleons easier.

I will be the richest wizard with galleon plated toilets and steaks

The vetex community is already decently toxic, so I can see the influx of players being even worse. It ain’t just roblox mmo players, it’s practically all roblox players who act toxic. The best way to counteract toxicity is probably to join a guild. AOs release is bound to affect vetcord as well, there’ll surely be a huge influx of members into the discord. I’m sure when the game releases the rking will be very very bad, but the lowered initial playercount may counteract that while people level up initially.

That’s exactly what makes something more or less valuable :skull:

Bounties get you an upper max of 500 galleons and that’s only for really high bounty/renown players so it would be rare to get much more than that

what about them lol

The player base has always been a majority of children and that was pretty much carrying WoM’s average 300-player count before recently. If I had to predict what the community will be composed of, it’ll be 60% children, 20% Deepwoken community, and 20% Vetex community. AO still has many qualities that would attract children (story, exploration, and pve) and I doubt a very large amount of Deep players will switch to AO, at least not in the long run because this is simply not their type of game.

I’m pretty sure guilds absolutely do not stop toxicity, and Deepwoken is a living example of that. 90% of Deep’s playerbase is in some kind of guild, and It’s commonly agreed that the entire community is toxic and obnoxious. And besides Deep, WoM has had some pretty disastrous guild dramas in its time too.

I hope my message to the clans works out

The problem is the entirety of deepwoken is toxic, the vetex community isn’t the same. It wont entirely prevent toxcitiy, but joining a guild should counteract the solos or duos who are rking and generally being toxic. I think people forget also that more communities will be converging with ao than just deepwoken. All eyes are on ao rn in the anime and general rpg community. Hopefully the nontoxic will ultimately beat the toxic in the end.

i dont think it necessarily matters who plays arcane odyssey, it just drives more money to vetex and any game with PvP will have toxicity its just inevitable

The goal is to prevent toxicity in the main community, obviously the players on roblox are going to be toxic because they’re all children.

Dude back when infamy was a thing, there was this clan plaguing Asian servers. How much?

They made a new account, and got over a thousand kills. In like 3 days. They would just join servers, kill absolutely everyone, and leave.

I know they aren’t alt farming cause I get flawlessed back them (and my old guild was ganked by them before) even when I was an active infamy farmer.

im kinda an active AS wom pvper too back then and i haven’t heard this clan before, do u know the name of the clan :fr:

The First AO Incursion

It’s been 2 years I forgot ok :sob: all I know is that they stopped cause of exams.

It was a small group of like 5 people

This literally sounds like an urban legend lmao

that was probably tsunami (jtns guild) then if it was the start of the guild update
im sure theyll come back in ao LOL

Oh that wasn’t the one I was mentioning, but yea they were one of the people that did the following lol.

 casual shallowbroken player here

i think deepwoken players moving over is a good thing, as long as it doesn’t occur at a massive scale. those who stay will likely integrate into the community and become less toxic over time, assuming we don’t foster a similar environment, plus not all deepwoken players are toxic, i’ve made a few friends meeting people as a guildless freshie and being taught stuff by them. one time i got spared by a guy who tried to kill me after i explained i wasn’t used to the game, and he proceeded to teach me pvp basics.
