Exactly, and he’s saying fire is the best magic because apparently it does 50% of it’s original damage in DoT.
what about poison that deals 100% of its original damage in dot
Does it actually? Seems like way too good of a buff for magics like poison.
yeah but it takes like 30 seconds for the DoT to apply all the damage and poison itself has less impact damage than the other magics
its original damage is only 0.75x multiplier, aka the lowest in the game by far
also wdym buff it always worked that way
ofc, they always have been.
I was under the assumption that poison had been nerfed since WoM because it was considered one of the best due to it’s DoT.

considering he probably just found out about the game he actually got most of his research right, even small things like clears, visual effects, temperature buffs, and the fact that npcs dont clear status effects.
