i feel as though this was somewhat overlooked (because it doesnt matter whatsoever lol) but the admirals tarnished cloak is (i think) the first armor that can go to legendary rarity in ao
if there was one that could before this tell me

Pretty sure the vitality armor can too
no vit armor goes up to exotic
watch as the rarity gets changed to rare invalidating this post (wont happen but itd be funny if it did)
If you put atlantean on it does it go to mythical (or whatever comes after legendary)?

There isn’t a tier after legendary. This is the first stat providing and obtainable legendary equip-able item. It’s technically not the first legendary accessory but i won’t elaborate
back when dark sea released, if you put an exotic enchant on a seasonal, it turned legendary
yeah I had a legendary Agile Shoulder Crow, sad that got patched
