The Flugique
A Unique and marvelous invention created by the Skyhallian Professor by the name of Rudolph Von Adolphus, his ingenious thinking and his marvelous creativity put him at his position in where he worked. He always marveled at the design of ships whom he smuggled papers and stories of, which came from his secret trade requests to the workers whom he befriended who came from Stormgale. Although the public viewed his design of his “Flugique” as a fluke and bashed him that it wouldn’t work, however he didn’t stop and got a few people to help him engineer this madness. Operating in a lone sky island off of the Nimbus Wilds, he constructed his magnum opus. He said that this skyship would be able to sail through the Dark Sea, would be able to defend Skyhall in case of any threat, and it would even be able to have trips across the War Seas, perhaps even land on islands he said. So, he did construct his ship, it had 26 cannons for defense and had numerous living quarters for people to be in.
Later in the year of 1765 he set sail, the first few hours were a success, and he tested it 7 more times to truly confirm that it had worked. Then one day he begged the King of Skyhall however his efforts were in vain, he was later locked up in jail for being a maniac for 7 months where he was let go. Later getting his most trusted friends he had set sail once again, but this time this journey was towards the Dark Sea, his men told him that he was insane, but Rudolph denied and said that it was for the love of Education and Adventure. But his greed for it all went with him as he never returned… However, his influence was the reason which kicked off Allanon’s dreams of a skyship to sail in water after he was found smuggling secret books from the Imperial Library.
Later years after, a group of strong sailors set sail for the Dark Sea and found a ruined destruction, approximately not too far from the Insanity 1 layer as spoken. They stated that it looked like a ship which had odd sails in places where a sea ship would not have. They did find a ruined flag, but it was hard to describe what it looked like, however there was a few Atlanteans whom looked really strong and one of them even had glasses which were still intact. Deciding it was too risky the Sailing crew left the Dark Sea to tell what they had witnessed, they brought the flag along with them where it was decided that this wreckage belonged to the great Skyhall professor Rudolph Von Adolphus who was lost to history as he was regarded as a traitor in later years.
