luck 5 diving is still better than luck 5 fishing since luck 5 fishing will do barely anything for fishing now (no guaranteed item bags) while luck 5 diving got nerfed but not nearly as heavily as fishing since every chest now rolls 2 extra drops (possible sunkens). And diving become even better with abysal spots seeing as the sunken rate is even better there
