Eh, not much I can do to convince you otherwise then. Otherwise I’d be making baseless claims, vague lore strikes once more.
There’s a problem here though, Warren’s own power does not prove Prometheus’ power, as while some of his strength is derived from his curse, it is still largely his own.

Skill, experience, and power is the main determiner. So someone as powerful as Warren is mainly using his skill here

While Prometheus did possess enough power to create the curses, that did not mean his strength was on par with someone who would wield the curses all at once.
