It’s impossible to say whether he was cuz we have no idea how strong Prometheus was
Yea, this was an actually implied theory shown off when Morock was first released in the Third Sea.
The theory’s tldr is Morock allowed himself to die to Valencia because the Promethean Fire Curse’s mental tax had resulted in him being harmful to his family and crew.
This theory is also (most likely) canon in AR, and is an interesting dynamic seeing that in AR’s lore Morock had a son before Angel, called Fulger , though he works for Cursebeard
In this one we have Vetex retcon all the cool things that made the AU unique

Theos is my goat but there is absolutely NO WAY that he is stronger than prometheus

So yeah, Prometheus in a 1v1 had he not been jumped by Cursebeard’s coalition would have fucking ganked Cursebeard then would emote on everyone else since with Zeus and now Cursebeard dead, he’d have defeated all other sides involved with the Wars of Magic / Olympean War

Ah yes, the Prometheus with none of his Grand Fire Curses, nor the energy he had put into making curses would most certainly beat a Prometheus with all of the previously mentioned!!!
