The Knowns

When bringing up the fact that the inferno curse user alone can beat theos (as confirmed by vetex) this glorious response was made

I don’t think he used the grand fire curses.

the grand fire curses were parts of his own power, so yes he did use them in a sense

Better?

They were not directly used, but they were made out of energy that was part of Prometheus’ Power

Seeing as Prometheus died(?) when he made all the curses he did, its pretty evident that making a Curse weakened him so yeah, he did use the power of the GFCs, just not the way humans do

yeah its neat but im never gonna source the wiki unless i desperately have to

yeah the GF magics were what prometheus used just like cursed earth from hades or zeus lightning (dont remeber name)

No? Those were literally just his innate power, Vetex has told us Gods don’t need Curses, and that they have an innate ability. This is also stated in the Lore Doc when Prometheus steals Hectate’s Innate Ability of controlling magic.

The GFCs with Prometheus were not “abilities”, they were just raw power/energy that were a part of Prometheus

thatsss not what i said

im basically saying that prometheus converted his godly “magic” into a curse alongside all magics that had currently been made. we know that gods have been seen manipulate their domain with a magic. poseidon had “poseidon’s will” Hades has “cursed earth”. these were not made into curses, but prometheus made HIS godly magic into a curse so someone could kill cursebeard with it

This is still literally not true. Prometheus can still use Promethean Fire, since Promethean Fire is literally just Fire from Prometheus.

These Curses are just the power of Prometheus (THE RAW ENERGY) taking the form of what Prometheus had used during his life

You literally made all your messages for nothing, these contribute nothing to the conversation above :skull:

so what you’re telling me is prime prometheus is objectively stronger than morock?

no morock had a bigger brain so erm akshtually

Until vetex took it from him by making him forget that he can fly :pensive:

daily reminder that there is an infinite amount of universes where morock wins :smirk_cat:

How it feels to make your characters forget about conflict solving abilities for the sake of the plot

cursebeard after realizing he could just use his energy curse to spam an infinite barrage of utah-sized blaze, ice and water blasts at durza, instead of sending an army:

THATS WHAT IM SAYIN!!!
I have no issue with him getting depressed after his squad gets wiped, my issue is with him bringing his SIGNIFICANTLY WEAKER SQUAD WITH HIM WHEN HE COULD’VE SOLOED AND DIDN’T NEED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Him getting overwhelmed by numbers is significantly less believable if you give him INFINITE ENERGY, he should’ve had no problems with them and should’ve at most brought poseidon for his op barrier (is that still canon?)
