I do not “think about damage synergies”.
I run the build I’ve had planned since before TGR, and if my build is nerfed I struggle until vetex inevitably buffs mage in general to surpass the nerfs to my individual magics.

real, basically any game is more fun when you don’t follow a minmaxxed no grass touching build.
It’s so unfortunate you do have to follow a build if you want do get things done in AO or do PvP.
In games such as The Division 2, I’ve so far run no builds, just picking up what I seem good and equipping it, no wiki, no YouTube videos, just fun. Oh, and it also has PvP scaling on weapons, and you are able to pretty much do everything with this meta-blind playstyle.
Can AO just have PvP scaling already? it’s getting silly.
