  • Heat magic will turn into steam magic when cast underwater (steamed shark!)
  • NPCs will now periodically slow or even stop to recharge their Energy, with the exception of some bosses.
  • NPCs will no longer be able to block player attacks while attacking.
  • Trees and rocks require less damage to break.
  • Added a tutorial to breaking rocks and trees in the Dawn Island introduction (build-a-grave workshop)
  • Merchant ships can now be hailed down to stop if of positive Renown, the success of which is influenced by your type of ship, Renown level, and distance from ship.
  • Shark, whale, and sea monster AI has been improved.
  • Upon contact with water, T4-5 Poison potions now have a chance to spawn Poison Jaws.
  • The center of an island is now marked on your map when zoomed in.
  • Players can now place 3 markers at a time on their map.
  • Hecate essence can now be bottled, traded, and sold (go ye, and wreck the economy)
  • Sharks caught from fishing now have a chance to drop shark fins upon rotting.
  • Added Mimhere Island.
  • Added content warning for photosensitivity.
  • The intensity of particle effects can now be adjusted in settings.
  • The audio levels for various aspects of the game can now be adjusted individually.
  • Block, dodge, recharge keybind can now be rebinded freely provided keybind isn’t already occupied.
