(as far as im aware people in the war seas can only have 3 minds, therefore 3 magics, inwhich curses take up a mind)
curses don’t take up a mind i think, but they do make it a lot more difficult to use other magics

wasn’t it changed to being able to have like…three base magics and either 2 losts/1 lost + ancient on top of those original 3?
the lost/ancients replace one of your base magics and fill that mind
That was what people originally thought would happen due to WoM’s 5 magic slots, but vetex has confirmed AO will have 3 minds and lost/ancients replace a base magic when learnt
i originally thought mages would be getting 6 magics cause i misunderstood the ancient magic page

As long as you have the magic stats required then you should be able to, I also never thought of the fact that savants could have a high tier magic or high tier fighting style by itself. Gonna be some cool builds with that
yeah fr savant is gonna be super fun once the cap increases (i’m waiting for the cap to go up a bit more before i make mine)
