i grinded that game for quite a bit, kinda lacking in content imo but its fun with friends though

itâs a hard (but not unfair) game that beats the shit out of you, but you can get better and beat the shit out of the game
it uses RNG in an actually GOOD way (adds variation to the game instead of just being a progression wall). most shitty roblox games fail to utilize the actual power of RNG. RNG can be an incredibly powerful source for making your game replayable. for example:
binding of issac (good), it utilizes RNG for variation in play and makes every new run unique
bubble gum simulator (bad), it utilizes RNG as a grind wall and is just a âwait until you get good luckâ
yeah it has a couple problems (very hard to learn, rng can be a bit frustrating sometimes, public servers are kinda bad) but overall its a very good game
honestly cracked game on god, somewhat underrated

im friend of a guy named Revolver Agz, hes a tester and he couldnât say that much but deepwoken npcs, towns n shit punish you reaally hard thorough some rep system if you go begin to do this, the devs accept it but the game will make your journey almost impossible, in ragoozer words the game is more forgiving and at the same time more challenging

This feels like another AUT situation with all the hype and it looking like a clone of another type of game. Iâd argue Rogue was the more revolutionary game for bringing this format/type of game into Roblox.

Thatâs two major components of the game and I think is fair to warrant a comparison. I am not even directly comparing it to rogue. There are many ârogue-likeâ games out there on Roblox, mostly minor ones and this feels no different. What makes this different though? Is there a story? Unique tasks for players to do? What makes this game different from all the rest out there, aside from the massive hype around it?
Well, its a permadeath game revolved exploration and Monster hunting-ish. NPCâs are ridiculously advanced (From an illegal leak, a single npc managed to bossraid against 3 players and win). Graphics are goated, WoM style magic altering and reputation systems with different races.
Its seperated into 2 main worlds, Etrean Luminant and the Depths. Depths are filled with strange, grotesque monsters and Etrean Luminant being the places where most towns and players and npcs live in
Some Features-
- Armor Crafting
- Weapon Crafting
- Spell Creation/Altering (Nobody knows on god)
- Actual, skill based pvp (Not the rogue type shit) Relies on parrying attacks and chipping hp, dodging and attacking enemies - not too much proper stun to be enough to get full m1s off
- An almost limitless amount of build varieties - Talents, flaws and boons, magic creation, weapons all contribute to this
- Food, Hunger and Temperature system (Also age but nobody cares about that)
- Alchemy - Unlike rogue, there is no set recipes for anything. You may be able to make a health potion with 3 different combinations, or using a unique combination to make a health and feather feet (example)
- You are finally penalized for killing freshies, and they donât give anything and instead only a detriment to you (Your reputation lowers with that race/region if you grip within their territory. Being low enough makes you unable to trade, buy materials and food from them and they may attack you)
- New-ish artifact system
- Proper Seasons. Every day, the season changes and brings some unique qualities to the map - For example, in winter, all natural food and flora spawns are disabled - forcing people to stock up or buy from others that did so.
- Sea creatures, big ass creatures that will beat you up when sailing. Did i mention that the sea is fully custom meshed? Also a shit ton of ships as well.
- Most places on deepwoken are islands, some being as large as the (release) WoM continent. Forces you to sail to other islands. Gliders also exist for transportation within
- Unique Storyline/quests. Fort merit, for example, was a quest that forced you to do a heist entry-point style (You donât need to rush in to beat them up, you can silently kill alll of them and dispose their bodies etc)
- NPCâs interact with each other in the world, fighting, trading or such. Ship fights make take place between npcs as well
- The Economy is somewhat player reliant - Instead of selling things to npcs, you will mostly be trading them or buying from other players
- Ridiculously large amount of customization options
- Map is over 2x larger than Gaia, thats not even including the seas - If you included the seas, thats around 6-10x
