So, I’m a clan leader of a usual clan “the brotherhood” and what a great coincidence, its the name of the upcoming new faction “brotherhood” as mentioned in a trello update on discord as mentioned in Version 1.17.187
I think your clan might get deleted but I’m not sure if the rules are changed, just make sure the clan has a significantly different logo

And how am I supposed to find their faction’s logo? And what about all the progress made on the clan’s profile and the hard earned infamy and treasury , the recognition of all the other clans 
The new faction is called “The Brotherhood of Balance” and has a different logo than yours, so it should probably be fine
on the trello it said their icon was a golden scale so you should be fine
