First? 13+ is the age for Discord use.
Seriously bro. That implies the server is illeag for Discord as it harbors people under 13
Second, tell him that he’s either marked it wrong or that NSFW mark means it’s 18+ and to correct himself.

This doesn’t make any sense. An NSFW channel must be 18+ Only. This is straight up illegal. Delete the entire channel or make it 18+ only.
If there’s any sort of pornography then the channel must always be marked as NSFW. also if the channel name has nsfw in then it it’s tagged automatically and cant be removed unless renamed so…

also discord is 13+ so this requirement means nothing, if you want to see titties just use incognito mode not a discord server

the methods are not to be questioned. many parents lock sites from their internet or device to prevent their children from reaching any form of pornographic material, or younger people may just choose to not interact with any to begin with. without correctly enforcing a strict 18+ age rule on any nsfw channels you are literally breaking the law
unless you know, it’s a private invite only server… which then no one really gives a shit
yes that is true, but its easy as hell to bypass if you try. My school forced restricted mode for some dumb reason and it was legit getting in the way of teachers trying to show youtube videos so i just found a way to disable it, its really not hard if you know what you’re doing.
naturally, as it’s just a tool to help parents with the task of keeping their children safe. it’s fully their responsibility to supervise their child and to keep them away from any pornographic material
not every parent or guardian is good at this job
