People aren’t suppose to move it for that reason. You can move it if op specifically asks for it to be closed though. Also guilds is a place for guild drama.
Continuing unnecessary drama like this is just going to make everything worse for everyone. No one wants to see drama.

From an ally standpoint, i do think the multi leader thing is dumb but its the system they roll with so if you dislike it, don’t be apart of it. Promotions are always a wonky thing and it feels like there is always a winner and a loser when it comes to it.
This happens with every guild, its not a Roselight only thing, ideas flop sometimes.
I wouldn’t go as far as to call him immature, he can take things seriously when he needs to and he is charismatic at other times which makes him welcoming to be around.
I think the problem here is that you are with the wrong people, you joined Verses which is a more competitive (and toxic) guild while Roselight is a more laidback community building guild like my own.

I gotta lean towards wissen here. He did leave and then voiced his complaints, not to mention the very shady shit puck and his crew did to hide the post, like moving it around, cropping out important parts of discord messages to fit their point, making obviously baseless accusations
That being said i do think having 3 leaders isnt a bad thing if they have coordination. But from what i saw, you all might as well have been high, the lack of coordination described here is point blank hillarious. Second No rank other than actual ADMINS should have any control to mess with channels, settings, ranks or the like. Especially an earnable rank.
Giving full admin or mod rights to anyone in less than a month flat is a dumb move unless you already know them ahead of time to be in your mod team
I cant agree with how you run with your guild, i dont blame wissen for having his own reservations with it and leaving the guild over it. I do think he is over reacting somewhat, but i also think having such a poor managment setup is more than valid enough to do what he did over it.

Tuanan had given it admin a few weeks prior without telling anyone, but before that, they haven’t had admin perms. They were never supposed to have admin.
when i was royal guard i checked after joey told me rg was made admin. i was able to kick/ban members, delete msgs that someone else sent, remove reaction, add and delete channels, change the channel orders, create and maybe delete roles (didnt check if i could delete), and i could give and take roles from ppl
well that seems pretty cut and dry on why wissen used that as a valid point of criticism. Its valid if a bit more complex than first thought.
not sure abt everything else but up until the day i quit i was able to remove reactions so do what u will w that info
