but we forgot the fact that the main character is Canonically a skinny young lad,
according to npcs, estrid and carina dialouge when they be judging us appearance that looking sorta like a cinnamonroll (that could kill you)
“you don’t look like a fighter” or " you look like u won’t hurt a fly" smth liked that 
I wouldn’t think they would be serving anything that nutritious in the order evil lab place and I wouldn’t think you would have that much food during the escape
i thought like, they don’t given enough food for their “diet” and probably got treated less than a human.
plus they’re 18 years old, which average young adult appearance
