Oh wait I did scimitars and Kai Sabre. This is different, this is just the entirety of the weapons types instead of just two weapons
Katana = weeb, and is therefore inferior.
They all have the same skills
They only have a niche tho
Comparisons:
-both have a projectile based attack
-both have a “dash” or “teleport” move
Differences:
-dual blades launch 2 projectiles, katanas/sabres launch 1.
-Mirrored river has much longer reach but less overall horizontal coverage.
-flash strike is the opposite.
Opinions:
Personally, mirrored river is the better move since it has so much range, and the horizontal loss isn’t a big deal
However flying slash is better than the twin move, since it leaves you less vulnerable, even though it deals less, it’s still better for burst attacks.
Dual swords for tp range, katana for easier flying slash hits bc accounting for two flying slashes ain’t it for me
i don’t like swords so katana
I like katana visually. Flash Strike is much cooler than Mirrored River.
However Flash Strike’s Distance is horrible and I could never find myself hitting anything. For this reason I think Dual Swords are better.
With dual swords you can become a Beyblade and since Katanas are mostly associated with weebs I’m gonna say the dualies are better.
Katana doesn’t have anything special, meanwhile dualswords have the scimitarrs of storm
kai’s sabre counts as a katana weapon though so that’s something
kai’s saber is a saber, not a katana
but it has pretty much the exact same moves as a katana…?

Katana is better in my opinion.
Dual swords has a good TP dash yeah, but it’s ranged attack is:
- Bad all around
- Bad for predicting
- Only good in close range
- Bad range
Katana has a good TP dash, has a ranged skill that can be good for predictions and is good in close and long range. The dual swords is better for someone who doesn’t care about aiming or just wants to win the fight(although against a good enemy they will being avoiding your TP dash/parrying it) but the Katana in the end is the better all rounder.
Scimitars of Storm are pretty drippy though
