So, ever seen that Crowns are worthless in WoM trading?
Because of how exploitable code farming is. You can get a bunch of crowns and instantly max by alt farming (making accounts, using all the codes, sending them to your account, essentially gaining unlimited supply).
Now, a theoretical question: Imagine there were no codes that gave Crowns/Galleons at all, literally zero, and there wasn’t a max cap for them. So the amount you held could be unlimited.
How much do you think a Sunken Iron Set piece or even a Sunken Sword cost?
Probably in the tens of thousands at the least due to how inflated economy is. There’s no other items that are that rare and good. So it would be very expensive since there’s not much else you can do with money.
It reaaaaally depends on how useful galleons will be, but id say
first: Vetex has stated that he will put codes that gives less galleons and they expire faster, the thing is that it is an easy way to get money. Thats a big L
second: Maybe, just maybe they will be useful for buying fighting style attacks (like gpo, you put the stat points but the ability doesn’t unlock till you put a certain amount of pelies/in-game currency)
Thing is it wouldn’t even be a worth it trade for an infinite amount (at least imo), you just don’t need that many at all and there’s really no use in a billion crowns/galleons, and you can get a ton of crowns/galleons way way easier than any sunken piece.
