Now we know the source of this paper, we need to find out who writes the Agora and who distributes it.
After 5 seconds of digging in the trello I found the answer.

So then… If Cryonical writes the Agora and Tobi is the printer, who edits and distributes the papers.
I think we can safely assume the editor is Doc,
But how can a single person distribute the whole newspaper across the entire sea cluster?
We entirely missed out one person, Infernoferno, the speed demon.
