Soooo some guy sent me a trade for me to give him my Sunken Armor Chestplate (i don’t use Size) for his Acrimony.

i felt like i was scamming him so i tried sending him a message asking if he was sure, but he was in the dark sea.

thing is, i also just used my only Acrimony today after like, 5 minutes of pondering it over (because i have an attatchment with the glowy clover), and did a stat reset…

so now i guess lady luck FINALLY glanced down upon me???

(i’m also making this post to know if, just in terms of general trading, it was a steal. i know for me it was, but is my account considered more uh… worth it? idfk the terms, nor the pricings of things on The Galleon.)

i’ve gotten like, 3 sunkens now. 2 swords (one i gave to my friend, one for me) and that chestplate that i gave away.

the chestplate was my first, then i got the sword from pity, then the other sword from non-pity.

i was hoping for a staff but you get what you get i guess. my friend doesn’t even play AO though so maybe i should ask for it back :sob: maybe i’ll get myself another acrimony

sunkens are worth more, prolly like 3 acrimonies at the very least

I think they were talking about Sunken Iron Chestplate, not warrior.

My first sunken ever I still remember.
It was over a year ago, I was messing around with mystery pots. I got luck, so I decided to fish in. Maybe 3 catches in, I get my sunken sword.
I lost it when Nimbus sea update droppes (f’ck you weapon wipe).
Nowadays I don’t even realize when I get sunkens honestly, I just know about a sunken iron helmet and chestplate I got the other day. I think what’s going on is that they’re secretly breeding and multiplying in my inventory, seeing as I also had sunken warrior helmet and boots that I had no idea about.

yeah. if it were Warrior, I wouldn’t have accepted it cause i need Attack Speed moreso than Attack Size

i’m guessing he went into the dark sea right after sending me one? i’m not sure, or even sure if you can send them inside of the dark sea (i don’t trade much)

A sunken iron chest is NOT worth even 2 acrimonies, let alone 3 or more. Even a sunken warrior chestplate isnt worth 3 imo but thats more debatable. Def not more than 3 tho

Anyways to answer the topic, this trade is pretty much fair if not a really small overpay on the acrimony side

No, master vetex punishes me greatly in form of crashed ship farming, dark sea runs and forced combat logging when I’m fighting npcs

A sunken iron chest has never been worth 3 acrimonies :sob:. As for sunken warrior chests, those did use to be worth 3 whenever acri value dropped due to free stat resets but its been more than a month since the last one
